When it's time to sell your home, I hope you'll give me a call. I'm here to help you if you are serious about selling. And the process is simple.

Leif Swanson First, when you call, I'll arrange a mutually convenient time to stop by and take a quick look at your home, and discuss your alternatives.

At that time I'll be happy to provide you with a FREE Comprehensive Price Analysis, and I can also give you an estimate of the net proceeds you'll receive after all closing expenses. That way you'll know in advance how much money you'll have in your pocket after it's all said and done.

I will give you my professional opinion of what kind of price your home will bring, and an honest evaluation of how long it will take to sell.

Then, if you're comfortable with me, we can make a mutual decision to proceed with the sale of your home.

I'll start by immediately submitting your home's listing to our Multiple Listing Service, the computer system used by real estate agents. This guarantees your property will be exposed to the most active agents in the market. Often, the most important marketing function I do is exposing your property to other agents.

I'll develop and distribute flyers about your home that showcase all its special and unique features. These flyers are given to other agents, my existing buyers, and to people who might know of someone interested in a home like yours.

I'll also develop an advertising strategy and sit down with you to discuss what we feel would be the best advertising and marketing approach, including open houses.

When buyers call, I'll pre-qualify them in my office to determine whether or not your home will fit their needs. I will not waste your time bringing unqualified buyers through your home.

When we receive an offer to purchase your home, I will assist you in the negotiations, including making counter-offers, if necessary. When we have reached a final purchase agreement, I will begin the process to get your home closed as quickly as possible.

Should you be moving to a new city or just across town, I'll also provide you with FREE Relocation Services to help you and your family make the transition smoothly.
